Our booking terms vary slightly depending on accommodation type. If you have any questions or special requirements, just shout as we can often accommodate.

CHECK IN

Shepherds Huts / After 3pm

Cottages / After 4pm

Yurts / After 4pm

CHECK OUT

ALL ACCOMMODATION / BEFORE 1oAm

FARM RULES

  • No smoking inside any of the accommodation

  • No parties or events unless prearranged. Call us on 07919 001099 or email me andrea@bunkershillfarm.co.uk to discuss your requirements.

  • Pets are allowed in specified accommodation only and must be pre booked. If you’re bringing more than one dog please let us know at the time of booking.

  • Tennis court is available for use but must be pre arranged

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 25% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking

  • Balance due 28 days prior to arrival when 100% non refundable applies

  • Special conditions may apply at peak times
